Travel Guard® Direct Key Benefits

Overseas medical expenses & emergency medical evacuation

Up to S$2,500,000 for overseas medical expenses and unlimited evacuation expenses in case of medical emergency.

Loss of personal belongings

Up to S$10,000 reimbursement if you lose your personal belongings.

Pre-trip cancellation

Up to S$15,000 for transportation and accommodation expenses, visa and excursion cost for trip cancellation under the covered events.

Baggage delay

Up to S$1,600 if your baggage is delayed for collection at your destination airport.

Option for cruise vacation benefits

Coverage for cancellations or interruptions to your cruise holiday due to covered conditions. Only applicable for selected plans.

This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you. COVID-19 Coverage

Medical expenses incurred overseas & emergency medical evacuation and repatriation

Up to S$300,000 for overseas COVID-19 related medical and evacuation costs incurred if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 whilst overseas during your trip.

Out-of-country COVID-19 diagnosis quarantine allowance

S$100 per day per person for up to 14 consecutive days, if you test positive for COVID-19, and are unexpectedly placed into mandatory quarantine outside Singapore.

Trip cancellation

Up to S$7,500 for trip cancellation if you or your relative are diagnosed with COVID-19 prior to your trip departure date.

Travel curtailment

Up to S$7,500 for travel curtailment costs if you or your relative are diagnosed with COVID-19 while travelling and need to return to Singapore earlier than planned.

Travel postponement

Up to S$1,500 for trip postponement if you or your relative are diagnosed with COVID-19 prior to your trip departure date.

Travel assistance and claim services are administered by Travel Guard Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (TGAP).
